As Fiscal Revenue Solutions, we are determined to provide a world class service for VAT registered companies that require fiscal devices by law. With our engrained administration, product provision and technological expertise, we are ready to execute and distribute the devices to the entire country in a three-phased approach that has the entire market potentially serviced over a period of one year.

Refund policy We offer refunds less 10% administration fees. Refunds will be processed in 24 to 48 hours in the currency received from the client using the prevailing bank rate. Once the interface has been developed, but is not compatible with the client’s system, a fee of $150 will be deducted from the amount paid.

If the process is streamlined between Zimra and the client it should take around 7 working days.
